Teacher Biography

• I received my Associates Degree from Seminole State College in 1995. I then received my Bachelors Degree from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1998.

• I've been teaching and coaching for 22 years. All at Union City School. I am currently #70 on the All Time "Wins" list for Oklahoma Baseball Coaches Association in the history of the state of Oklahoma. There are over 3,500 coaches listed or enrolled.

• I have been married for 18 years to the amazing Kerri Griggs. We have 3 kids (Devin, Emily & Ryder)

• I played 4 years of college baseball. I participated in the 1995 JuCo World Series. I finished my career as National Runner -Up in the College World Series in 1997. I served 3 years as an Associate Scout with the Kansas City Royals MLB team.

• My favorite thing about teaching is being around kids everyday.
